Student Information:

  • Contact Information: Name, address, phone number, email will be kept for as long as the student is enrolled and for a period of 2 years afterwards for re-enrollment purposes.
  • Financial Information: Payment details, transaction history are retained for a period required by tax laws and accounting regulations, generally 3 - 7 years.
  • Health Information: Allergies, medical conditions - will be destroyed or returned when the student is no longer enrolled or the information is no longer relevant.
  • Attendance Records: Class attendance records may be kept for up to 2 years to track student progress.
  • Photos and Videos: Promotional videos will be kept only with explicit consent and for the duration specified in the consent form.
